I'm a certified Level 3 personal trainer with a vast array of experience in the health and fitness world. I studied Sport and Exercise science at undergraduate level followed by my MSc in Sport and Exercise physiology. My studies have provided me with many invaluable experiences working in varied environments, from fitness instructing, coaching football in the states, working with cardiac rehabilitation patients and as a sport science intern at a professional football club (Sheffield United FC). Following working as a Health and Wellbeing Physiologist , at Nuffield Health for 3 years I have helped hundreds of people improve their nutrition, exercise, sleep and emotional wellbeing to better improve their health.
We set up BASE 13 as a home for clients who shared a common goal to improve their health and fitness, whilst building our own community in our local borough. There is a strong emphasis on helping the wider community as we work closely and regularly fundraise for local charities. At the same time we believe that the social element is JUST AS important and celebrate client achievements
