BOXING FUNDAMENTALS

our classes will help develop speed, fitness, agility and power - all designed to improve your skills and stamina. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.

 

Build (Resistance Circuits)

Build is a resistance based class using Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, bands and your own bodyweight to strengthen and tone and your body.

 

Blast ( Conditioning Circuits)

 

Blast is a circuits class focusing on improving your fitness and cardiovascular system. Using ski-erg, rowing-erg, sled, slam balls and bodyweight exercises to help to optimise your calorie burn and improve your fitness. 

BOOTCAMP

Running since 2016 our bootcamps have grown over time to be one of the biggest bootcamps in the South East London Area.  The workouts are designed to be fun and challenging at the same time and cater to a range of different fitness levels. 

Workouts vary between boxercise, circuit training and high intensity interval training (HIIT) 

 

METCON Club

complete these workouts individually, in a pair, or in teams.

 

AMRAPs, EMOM, 21-15-9, chippers... you never know what to expect until you arrive.

high energy group circuit session incorporating a mix of conditioning work, cardio and weight training

Burn (HIIT & Core)

Burn is a Core and HIIT session aiming to maximise your calorie burn. The class will focus on activating your core before diving into an intense HIIT blast combining bursts of exercise with short rest breaks. 

PILATES

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on developing your core muscular control, strength and flexibility. Mat based class where all the exercises can be adapted to the needs of each individual.
